- Details you give us through our enquiry form, phone, WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, email address, the service and country you are interested in, and your message.
- For study abroad services: academic records, test scores, passport details and other documents you choose to share with us.
- For logistics services: collection and delivery addresses and details of the items being shipped.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask for (contract / steps before a contract).
- To submit applications to universities and arrange shipments on your behalf (contract).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to deliver our services: universities and colleges you apply to, courier and freight partners, and our IT providers (such as website hosting and email). Some of these may be outside the UK; where they are, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 2 years. Client records are kept for up to 6 years after our service ends, to meet legal and accounting requirements.
